After staying indoors for a long time, the best outdoor activity that you can have is mountain climbing; it is not only fun, but it is also a form of exercise that helps you to stretch . Although many people are afraid of mountain climbing, it is a good activity that will give you an opportunity to explore in the mountains experiencing the nature at its best. There are many ways that you can go out for mountain climbing and enjoy every bit of it, as we will discuss it in this article.
1. Exercises.
If you have stayed for a long time without doing exercises, your body must have been stiff and thus you need v to do some exercises to stretch your body before you can go for a mountain climbing. A stiff body will make you feel so much after you have gone for mountain climbing and you will not even have fun in doing all this. To prepare your body for mountain climbing, you can start by morning run as well as jogging to help your body stretch.

2 Know the area well.
One of the biggest mistake that many people make is to go out for mountain climbing without knowing the areas well. This actually make many of them lose their way and they spend many hours going around the same place and not reaching the top of the mountain; also going out without knowing the area, can put in the danger of finding dangerous animals or dangerous places that are not safe for climbing. The best way to know the area that you are going to climb a mountain is buying a map that will show you the physical features in the area, and the time that you will spend going up the mountain and coming down.
3. Select the right attire.
It is important to choose the right attire to go out for mountain climbing; you can wear too tight clothes, nor too loose clothes, you can also not wear soo hot clothes nor can you wear too light clothes. The higher you climb the mountain, the colder it will get for you, and therefore it is important you wear clothes that are moderate in both condition; while light clothes will be uncomfortable for climbing the mountain, you will find that the loose one is also uncomfortable in windy season, therefore you should wear an outfit that will make you as comfortable as possible. It is also important you consider investing in a pair of boots that will be comfortable and warm to prevent your feet from being hurt.
